Diaspora University Town (DUT) is welcoming entrepreneurs to kick off Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The MSME will be located in one of the 140 plots reserved for MSMEs and organizations. The MSMEs will be part of developing the DUT GDP of Ksh 20 billion (about $16 million) and can grow to become a Ksh 1 billion as it plays a role in expanding Kenya's GDP from current $150 billion to $2 trillion in partnership with the Diaspora University.

MESSAGE FROM DAN KAMAU - DUT PROJECT DIRECTOR
South Korea has so far achieved a GDP of $2.2 trillion by applying the resources of land (25 million acres) and people (52 million). Kenyans using their land (145 million acres) and people (54 million and growing) can grow Kenya's GDP from the current $150 billion to $2 trillion.
Diaspora University Town development approach uses GDP growth systems and will achieve a Ksh 20 billion GDP development. Diaspora University sustenance plan requires the university to work closely with MSMEs to grow Kenya GDP.
About 100 MSMEs will be part of this Diaspora University sustenance plan that will play a role in GDP growth. As GDP grows the MSMEs will be able togrow their yearly revenue to over Ksh 1 billion.

For every Kenyan family to achieve good housing over 20 million formal jobs need to be created and 7 million housing units developed in the next 10 years (by 2035), as Kenya's population grows to 65 million. The DUT system and its developers will create as many jobs as possible and develop as many houses as possible. For example a developer who sells a DUT townhouse unit and achieves Ksh 1.3 million will have the opportunity to build more housing units and grow their wealth using the DUT job creation and housing development system.
