Diaspora University Town (DUT) is welcoming Entrepreneurs, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Organizations to be part of DUT and build their property in one of the 140 plots reserved for MSMEs and organizations. The MSMEs/Organizations will be part of developing the DUT GDP of Ksh 20 billion (about $16 million) and will play a role in expanding Kenya's GDP from the current $150 billion to $2 trillion in partnership with the Diaspora University.

TOWNHOUSE INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (THIDA)
A person or MSME looking to develop an MSME/Organization property in one of the 140 MSME/organization plots shall become a DUT Townhouse Developer of at least two (2) townhouses.
MSME/ORGANIZATION PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
The next step is to establish an agreement for the MSME/Organization property development in one or more of the 140 plots. The agreement will incorporate the plot allocated, the usage, the design-build approach, the environment approvals, all property development considerations, revenue or receipts from the DUT Ksh 20 billion GDP and the Kenya GDP grows from $150 billion (2026) to over $2 trillion in partnership with Diaspora University.
ROPERTY DESIGN-BUILD AND DEVELOPMENT
Diaspora University Trust and owner will jointly develop the property as per the terms set in the agreement. Where agreement is for DUT to finance the property development, DUT shall finance 100%. The Design-Build will be executed by licensed professionals approved by DUT.
COMPLETED PROPERTY
Once property is completed the MSME/Organization shall take procession of the property through paying the property development cost. DUT shall assist in the arrangement of the best finance loan.
REVENUE FROM DUT KSH 20 BILLION GDP
The MSME/Organization will achieve revenue and receipts from the Ksh 20 billion DUT GDP. The target is to have all MSMEs owning property at DUT achieve at least Ksh 10 million revenue.
REVENUE FROM KENYA GDP GROWTH FROM $150 BILLION TO $2 TRILLION
The MSME will thereafter when working hand in hand with Diaspora University will be part of Kenya GDP growth from $150 billion (2026) to over $2 trillion. The business will have an opportunity to grow and surpass the Ksh 1 billion revenue mark.

For every Kenyan family to achieve good housing over 20 million formal jobs need to be created and 7 million housing units developed in the next 10 years (by 2035), as Kenya's population grows to 65 million. The DUT system and its developers will create as many jobs as possible and develop as many houses as possible. For example a developer who sells a DUT townhouse unit and achieves Ksh 1.3 million will have the opportunity to build more housing units and grow their wealth using the DUT job creation and housing development system.
