The DUT jobs creation for Gen Z workshop will be held on 23rd August 2024 at the Diaspora University Town (DUT) land site in Voi. Kenyans who would like to join DUT and create jobs for the Gen Z will attend the workshop. The generation Z are in the streets because they do not have jobs and opportunities. This generation of about 15 million Kenyans needs opportunities. The DUT Jobs Creation for Gen Z workshop will progress the creation of 20,000 jobs and 5,000 Diaspora University opportunities.

Persons attending the Workshop will be introduced to the DUT jobs creation, houses development and GDP growth system. The DUT system will be part of growing Kenya GDP from the current $110 billion to over $2 trillion in the next 50 years.

Those attending will understand how they will be part of creating jobs through joining DUT in the following four ways.

1. MSME OPENING at DUT.

Diaspora University Town (DUT) will have about 300 MSMEs open during the graduation of the first four year class. DUT has allocated 140 plots for MSMEs and organizations ranging from 0.5 acres to 10 acres.  The 140 plots will have about 200 buildings erected that will be serviced with roads, clean water and sewer systems.

2. MSMEs SHARES INVESTMENT

The Investment opportunities in shares include: Daktari Biotechnology Ltd a medicine and vaccine MSME, DUT Credit Ltd a financial MSMEs and other MSMEs.

3. TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPER

The DUT Townhouse Developer system will be presented. This is an opportunity to become a developer of one of the 3,500 planned townhouses. Diaspora University Town development plan creates opportunities for supplies and professional services contracts. Supplies include building materials, furniture, electric products, medical products, food products and other products. Professional contracts include construction, medical, insurance, accounts, legal, and other services. The supplies and contracts will be part of developing and sustaining the 25,000 resident’s town, 5,000 students university and the 3,000 daily visitors to the town and university.
