Diaspora Kenyans are marketing the Diaspora University Town (DUT) 20,000 jobs creation and 3,500 Townhouses Development plan. At the close of November, about 100 Diaspora Kenyans already in DUT will receive, issue 10,000 flyers and talk to fellow Diaspora Kenyans to join them in creating jobs and developing townhouses for Gen Z. One joins DUT by becoming a townhouse developer. The goal is to have the 2,200 townhouse developer units available taken up.

The Diaspora Kenyans who are today founders of DUT understand that they have jobs in the U.S because others made the decision to become entrepreneurs and invest to create the jobs. They know that they have lived and continue to live in good houses with clean water, clean environment, uninterrupted electricity and other developed systems because good plans were written, developed and toady sustain the towns and cities they call home. The Diaspora Kenyans understand that the hospital close to where they live that is ready for their emergency and other healthcare needs is there for it was developed.

The marketing effort started by the Diaspora Kenyans invites other Diaspora Kenyans to become townhouse developers through investing $5,900. Each investment will create a job for Gen Z. Diaspora Kenyans investing can send a Gen Z to DUT to get one of the 20,000 jobs.

The investment also makes one a founder of Diaspora University and Diaspora University Town. The investment will make a return through the house the investment is applied to developed.
