The 3,500 Townhouses Development Plan provides an opportunity to partner in housing development to support those getting jobs. Implemented through a townhouse investment and development agreement (THIDA), the plan will deliver 3,500 townhouses at a cost of about Ksh 25 billion (Ksh 7.25 million per unit).
