Diaspora Kenyans when arriving in the countries they live in prayed for a job that could enable them meet their food, housing and other needs. The entrepreneurs, innovators and investors in the U.S created the jobs and built the houses for the Diaspora Kenyans. Today Diaspora Kenyans in appreciation of the jobs they have had abroad are progressing the Diaspora University Town (DUT) project for 20,000 jobs creation and 3,500 townhouse development for Generation Z.
The Diaspora Kenyans who want to return to Kenya are also creating the jobs for themselves through DUT. A Diaspora looking to return to Kenya through investing to develop one townhouse will be able to take up one of the jobs created. A Diaspora Kenyan can also open an MSME at DUT.
Dan Kamau a Worcester, MA Diaspora Kenyan after progressively investing in the Diaspora University Town also created a job for himself in Kenya. He returned to Kenya to open the project as the DUT Executive Trustee and DUT Project director.
Prof. Philliph Mutisya of Raleigh, NC who taught in diverse universities in North Carolina after completing his doctorate degree at University of Massachusetts (Umass) in Amherst, MA has also created their job in Kenya. The professor is heading the opening of the Diaspora University.
The 20,000 jobs will be created as follows: Diaspora University, 1,000 Jobs; Diaspora University Medical Hospital, 1,500 jobs; Diaspora University Town management and administration, 500 Jobs; 300 MSMEs that will set up at Diaspora University Town, 12,000 jobs; and, Ndara B 30 MSMEs for production of building materials, water, farming products will create 5,000 jobs.
Every Diaspora Kenyan who becomes a developer of one of the 3,500 Townhouses will not only be developing a townhouse but also creating a job for a Gen Z. 3,500 jobs of the 20,000 jobs will be filled by persons sent by the townhouse developers. A townhouse developer can also come and take up a job in Kenya.
The Gen Z or Diaspora Kenyan who takes up one of the jobs at Diaspora University Town will be able to live in a good house that they can also own as they work in one of the jobs created at Diaspora University Town.
